Workforce Planning and Training Needs Analysis
As much of the experienced workforce sprints toward retirement, now is the time to plan for your organization’s future. DTS teamed with subject matter experts at the General Services Administration Federal Systems Integration and Management Center to evaluate the organization’s knowledge needs, both present and near future. We performed an accounting of knowledge and past training among staff, and used that to determine and prioritize training needs, ultimately delivering a curriculum and development schedule to fulfill important program needs.
