Past Experience

DTS principals designed and currently manage the PMO for a highly visible consolidation of multiple large military commands. We were also charged with hiring key personnel for the PMO. Our principals serve as a liaison between the PMO organization and the three- and four-star upper management team. They provide direction and oversight to the PMO, assigning and delegating work throughout different portions of the very large, complex organization, with numerous contractors.
